解約方法
ログイン後、左側フレームの、Request Support
をクリック。
次に、Canceling をクリック。
Contact support をクリック。
Message
の部分に以下の文章を参考にして記入します。
Dear Support,
I am form
Japan and can't speak English.
Please help me to cancel my account.
My
canceling reason: GDI don't have good Japanese support
that is difficult to
do. thanks!
次の日ぐらいに下のようなメッセージが届きます。
Thank You for your
e-mail.
Your account has been deactivated and you have been removed
from any
further mailings by our company per your request. You will not
receive
any charges for this
account.
これでメンバーシップキャンセルとなり、支払いは停止します。
データベースからは二週間後に削除されます。
